    We offer a great variety of Yoga and Fitness classes 7 days a week both in the studio + online. From HIIT-style fitness classes to Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin & Restorative Yoga we have classes for the every BODY. Tight on time? We also offer a growing on-demand library so that you can fit your practice into your schedule where ever you are!

  • Youth Programs

    We believe that our Youth are an important part of our community. That is why we created Little Warriors Yoga School. We offer ongoing Youth Programming for those from 4 years old - 16 years old. Our classes and camps offer age-appropriate movement patterns, breathwork, and meditation + art and journal activities.

  • Workshops & Events

    Living Well goes beyond movement and meditation. We offer a large variety of workshops, community-building events, lectures, and classes, that are focused on other aspects of having a healthy, happy, and well life. We believe in creating a space where we can move our bodies, and stretch our minds and hearts together.
